“On Sunday, October 12, 1952, the inhabitants of Pello and Ronco will solemnly celebrate our Lady of Sorrows, our Lady of Seven Sorrows, to whom an artistic and ancient oratory of the hamlet is dedicated. The deacon is actively organising the most urgent repairs made necessary by time and humidity” (The people of Ossola). In 1959, for the traditional feast of the hamlet, the important restoration and embellishment works in the ancient and artistic oratory were visible. In 1966 the Oratory was renewed thanks to the commitment of the Committee of Devotees of Trontano and Masera.

Over the years the Ianni, Arioli, Baratti and Conti families continued to take care of the oratory.
